Nursery Admission - Academic Year 2025-2026

Welcome to the online process for admission. Admission will be through a draw of lots (lottery system).

Children born on or after  October 1, 2021 upto September 30, 2022 are eligible for admission.

The admission process is in 2 parts. PART A - filling the online admission form and PART B - interaction session for verification and submission of documents. After completing PART A, you will be given a registration number (form number) and assigned a specific date and time for short parent interaction and form verification on January 23, 2025. Please reach the designated venue on time. Only one parent with child must come for the interaction session.

PART A - The online form can be filled online from Tuesday, January 14, 2025 8:00 AM to Tuesday, January 14, 2025 8:00 PM.

The online form requires the following details which are collected in different sections:
  1. Information about your child who is seeking admission: name, date of birth, place of birth, bloodgroup, religion, caste and subcaste, aadhar number etc.
  2. Information about your child's sibling (brother or sister), if studying in the school.
  3. Information about educational qualifications and employment details of father or guardian.
  4. Information about educational qualifications and employment details of mother

Parents must complete the online admission form in one sitting. The admission form cannot be saved without completing all the sections.

PART B - Interaction Session

Please bring the following documents during the parent interaction:

  1. Most recent passport size photo of your child (preferably in white background) with the face clearly visible.
  2. Your child’s original birth certificate and a xerox copy.
  3. Your child’s Aadhaar card and a xerox copy.
  4. Aadhar cards of both parents and xerox copies.
  5. Proof of residence - Ration card of family / Aadhar Card / Electricity bill / Passport.
  6. Baptism certificate of the child (in case of Christians only).
  7. Caste Certificate in the child’s name (if available).
  8. School identity card or last year report card of the sibling studying in this school & Ration card original. (only for siblings)
